Ingredients: Organic cinnamon bark, organic papaya leaf, organic peppermint, organic raspberry leaf, organic wild cherry bark, wild cedar tips, organic licorice root, organic chicory, organic cloves, organic sarsaparilla, organic fennel, pure extracts.

Use 1 level teaspoon per 6-8 oz. water. Heat water to almost boiling. Steep for up to 20 minutes. The longer you steep the sweeter the tea.
